Renters browse and create accounts free. Landlord subscriptions renew until canceled. One property address may contain an entire-home listing or multiple private-room listings under one property plan. Additional addresses need separate subscriptions.

Can I list more than one property?
Yes. Your existing landlord account manages multiple properties. Each active property address requires its own $15/month or $99/year subscription.
Can I keep my Airbnb or Vrbo listing?
Yes. You can advertise here alongside other platforms. Keep availability and details current; iStaySTL does not automatically sync those calendars.
When does my property become visible?
Add accurate details and photos, submit for review, choose a subscription after approval, then publish your eligible listing. Creating an account or paying alone does not publish it.
Does iStaySTL collect rent or deposits?
No. Rent, deposits, rental agreements and final availability are arranged directly between you and the renter. Confirm details before agreeing to a stay.
Can I cancel?
Use Manage billing in the property editor to cancel future renewal. Hiding a listing does not cancel its subscription. See the terms for details.
What does joining the Founding Landlord List include?
It records your interest so our team can share landlord updates. No incentive has been announced. Joining does not create a listing or subscription.
