Furnishings, kitchen access, Wi-Fi, laundry, parking, and utilities vary by property. Review the listing and confirm what is included in the rent before agreeing to a stay. For a private room, check which spaces are shared and whether the bathroom is private or shared.

Pet policies vary by landlord and property. Confirm whether your pet is welcome, any restrictions, and any pet fees or deposits before reserving.

Listings show the general area within St. Louis and surrounding communities. Exact street addresses are kept private on public listings. Contact the landlord to confirm the location, commute, and arrangements for a viewing.

You can browse rentals without an account. To access landlord contact information, create a free renter profile with your name and verify your email address, or your phone number when phone verification is available. Then contact the landlord to confirm availability, ask questions, and arrange your stay. Where a listing links to a booking platform, follow that platform’s booking process.

Renters arrange rent, deposits, leases, and cancellation terms directly with the landlord or through the booking platform used for the stay. iStaySTL does not collect rent or security deposits. Confirm all charges, included utilities, house rules, and refund terms before making a payment.
