Account deletion
You can request deletion of your iStaySTL account from your signed-in dashboard. The request is reviewed manually; submission does not immediately remove your account or data.

The review team checks the account, any listing subscriptions, and which records can be removed or need to be retained under the privacy policy. Review updates appear on your request page. No automatic completion email is sent by this request form.
Paid listing subscriptions
A deletion request does not cancel billing. Open each property in your landlord dashboard and use Manage billing to cancel renewal, or contact support for assistance.
Cannot sign in?
Contact support@istaystl.com or 636-228-6500. We will need to verify account ownership. Do not send passwords, card details or identity documents through the request form.
